All A-Morir pieces are 100% hand embellished, and made to order. A-Morir is an official Swarovski Elements co-brand and uses only the most premium materials. For more information please see our QUALITY, CARE + REPAIR page.
We would be happy to customize some of our current models or work on a custom piece for you. If you are interested in customization please email email@example.com with CUSTOMIZATION in the subject line. Prices are subject to design.
We accept all major credit cards.
Sales tax is charged to residents of New York state
ORDER FILLING TIME
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED 3-4 WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. If you are looking to have a piece delivered by a specific date please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you purchase so we can make sure we have the materials to fulfill your order.
Each piece ordered is custom made to order. Please take that into consideration. If you have any questions regarding your order please email email@example.com and your inquiry will be addressed within one business day.
RETURNS + REPAIRS
We will do our best to cover basic repairs or defects on any item made by A-Morir Incorporated and purchased from an authorized A-Morir retailer (fees may apply). Restrictions apply. For more information and instructions on how to submit items for repair, please see our QUALITY, CARE + REPAIR page.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with signature required for delivery. Customers will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. A-Morir Incorporated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders placed outside the USA will be shipped via USPS and charged International shipping. International orders are shipped via priority mail international. All international packages are sent via DHL or USPS Express Mail to guarantee timely delivery with signature required for delivery. We cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds. A-Morir Incorporated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece has arrived damaged 2. You have received the wrong piece in err. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
A-Morir does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return.
In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a tracking number) involved for returning the item. The return must include all its original packaging and invoice.
All items returned/exchanged must be addressed over email first so we know to expect them. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Any personal information given to shop.a-morir.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed through the A-Morir e-shop which uses the latest anti-fraud technology. A-Morir does not have direct access to or store your credit card information at any time.
