CUSTOMIZATION
We love doing custom work and would be happy to customize anything for you! If you are interested in customization please email orders@a-morir.com with CUSTOMIZATION in the subject line. Prices are subject to design.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and interest free installment payments via Shop Pay and Quadpay.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged to residents of New York state.
ORDER FILLING TIME
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED 3-4 WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. If you are looking to have a piece delivered by a specific date please email orders@a-morir.com before you purchase so we can make sure we have the materials to fulfill your order.
Each piece ordered is custom made to order. Please take that into consideration. If you have any questions regarding your order please email orders@a-morir.com and your inquiry will be addressed within one business day.
RETURNS + REPAIRS
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece has arrived damaged 2. You have received the wrong piece in err. A-Morir must be contacted within 3 days of receipt for exchange consideration. Please email orders@a-morir.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
A-Morir does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return.
In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a tracking number) involved for returning the item. The return must include all its original packaging and invoice.
All items returned/exchanged must be addressed over email at orders@a-morir.com with your order number and issue. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
We will do our best to cover basic repairs or defects on any item made by A-Morir Incorporated - Fees and restrictions may apply. and can be discerned on a case by case basis. For more information and instructions on how to submit items for repair, please see our QUALITY, CARE + REPAIR page.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Customers will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment and a delivery confirmation once delivered. Please note that during this time some delays may be encountered. Additionally, always remember that all delivery personnel have been tirelessly working on the front lines and that some delays may occur at the carrier level. We are all in this together and appreciate your patience and understanding! And please pay attention to your email alerts as A-Morir Incorporated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders placed outside the USA will be shipped via UPS or DHL Experess and charged International shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or any other fees charged by the shipping provider generated in the course of delivering your package. These are determined by the shipping carrier and customs authorities of your country and we are unable to quote or estimate rates and fees. We are unable to change the value on the customs forms, as doing so would subject us (and possibly you, too) to fines, delays or rejection of delivery. Customs fees are annoying, we get it, but if you refuse your package you will not be eligible for a refund. And please pay attention to your email alerts as A-Morir Incorporated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is undeliverable with the address you provided and you do not work with the shipping agent to retrieve it and it is returned to us your order will not be refunded and you will be charged for return shipping fees we incurred and fees incurred to reship in order to receive.
